There is a code number and under it is a phone number.........did not answer because I didn't know the caller.........no message was left..........

Mine said the same as Aaron's, but to press 9 to speak to a rep. I asked what company he's with, and all they tell you is Card Member Services. He's trying to tell me I have a Citi card, which I don't. I told them I don't have credit cards, and I'm turning this over to the feds, so stop calling.
