Receiving robo calls. Answered on second ring. They hung up before 5 seconds.

Received robo call and when asked to be removed they refused until I have DOB (which is not something I will ever give out - I'd like to protect my identity). When asked to be transfered to manager for non-complance he started to get very vulger and offensive and then had the audacity to call me an @sshole b/c I was getting pissed.

They called my elderly in-laws the other day, already had her credit report in hand, cause they knew what she owed on what. asked her if she would like to lower her interest rate to 6 percent, and she said, yes, that would be wonderful, then for some reason she started getting a bad feeling about the caller, they got rude with her then hung up when she asked for a manager. But she was smart enough to call the credit card companies and ask if they had been the one's who had called, of course, they hadn't, so they had to shut down the accounts, when you try to call 305 368 7505 back, all you get is a bezzie signel. I hope they catch the people that are doing this, it's not right, Am not sure how you would classify what type of call it was, they weren't trying to collect a debt or sell a product, just told her they could lower all of her credit card and loan debts down to 6 percent interest, I told her, credit card companies don't do that, please don't give out any information on the phone, just hang up, but the old man is 84 and on hospice care, and she is 74, they don't understand the times that we are in now, that their whole life can be wiped out in a second.

These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers. Under NO circumstances give these lowlifes your credit card number, or you will regret it forever!
