I received a call from a foreigner stating his name was Paul and that I am to return his call and if he doesn't hear from me or my attorney that he wishes me luck as the situation unfolds on me

received a call from these people.   very harrassing

just recieved call on cell phone regarding a man by the name of emauel. He stated i needed to call back asap if he did not hear from me or my attorney all he could say was good luck and the situation unfolds on me. Who are these foreign people I wish they would stop calling they call my cellphone my dads and my inlaws place very harassing.
