Repeated calls to messaging with no messages

Repeated calls and left no message.  Caller is from Vipor Networks..

Got a call from these pieces of feces. The criminal acted friendly in trying to pull his scam, so I was friendly back when I told him (paraphrasing) to live each day like it is his last because that could be today--we all go sometime.
Since he was nice (as nice as a criminal can be) he did not experience the airhorn or my very explicit views on telescammers and the punishments they deserve for choosing this life of crime.

i received a call approximately 8 times in one month from the number 3053519290 and the one time i answered the call the person on the other end called me by my first name and when i asked "who are you?" the man said "i'm the boogie man"! since this was the stupid answer to a legitimate question i decided not to talk to this person. so i hung up!!
