We have a large room to rent. A large closet to put your stuff in, a private, full bathroom. A couch that turns into a bed. A wall unit with desk, and drawls to put your clothes.
Washer and dryer, no phone connection, no wireless Internet access (ask us about the Internet conn.)
We are a quiet, no-nonsense family; there are only two of us. We only ask if you will keep your noise as little as possible and not bring anyone else into our house. We would also want a "roomkeeper" to have a steady job that is enough to pay month's rent. We also want no drug-addicts, boozehounds or anyone with violent intentions in our home. We will not tolerate any of these; you will be forced out immediately. This is probably one of the least expensive rooms to rent in Miami, if not all of South Florida, please consider that fact the next time you want to start some trouble.
We are located in Un-Incorporated North Miami, a three bedroom house with a yard. Two city parks near our vicinity. Bus route just a block away will take you down to South Beach, etc.
A $420 deposit is required, plus $420 for the first month upon moving. One year lease of the room, extension maybe taking under consideration. Utilities ARE included. Call Gladine at 305-335-7534, or shoot us an email and schedule for a tour.
