Called stating some health thing.  I told him I do not want to speak with him.  He continued talking and I hung up.

This number called me, the guy had a thick Indian accent and said he was calling from the Food and Drug Administration.  He started by asking if me or anyone in my family has had any surgeries, at which point I hung up.

Number is on my caller ID as "UNKNOWN" and no message was left

Got the Indian Accent here too telling me that I HAD SURGERIES, I told him I hadn't and he then asked if anyone else had.  Leading up to problems and I could get money.
I then explained very nicely for him to have sex with himself in his boiler room of callers and hung up.
