I just received a call regarding a weight loss product I purchased last year February 12, 2012. I paid for it at that time and never bought any more because I didn't like it. I am over 70 years old, and today I received a call from a woman named Maria Lopez. She said she was a lawyer and I had to send her a money order for $399. within one hour or she would file a lawsuit against me and I would have to appear in court in San Francisco, and it would me thousands of dollars if that happened. She said she would sue me because I was supposed to buy more products and the only way they would cancel the lawsuit was if I paid her $399. within one hour.

I received a call from Maria Lopez, she claims to be a lawyer and she said I owed her company $5,000 for merchandise I never ordered and never received. She threatened to send me to court If I didn't send her a money order for $499. Be careful with these snakes, you don't owe them anything. They're just trying to steal your money.

My wife had received multiple calls from the same number. In one occasion she bought something I did not like for helping with weight loss and she paid it immediately. Now we are getting these calls for a lawsuit against my wife saying that we owe them $2,900. I just call back this number and they answer the call as they were the Tallahassee Curt House.

FRAUD...... Don't fall for it. These people are SCAM artists. Ask for everything in writing and provide no information. Also, tell them you will file a report with the police department if they don't stop calling. No lawyer calls at all hours of the day trying to collect money personally.

Someone will be by the name of Cecilia Ventura, Apparently from a law firm in Florida, Saying that I either pay $499.00 or I have to go to court, Because the company by the name of Products MTV  Miami is suing me, because I never order such Products from them, please be aware they are Trying to take your money.
