Received a text from this number Feb 10 at 1:53.  Text message read Are you having a hard time paying your mortgage?Do you need help restructuring your mortgage to get a lower payment ?As low as 2% interest rate!!If so reply HELP.

Spacing, punctuation, etc.  is exact wording.  Will forward to my cellphone carrier, suggest others do the same and perhaps we can get them shut down.
