American Homeless Veterans

When I answer the telephone, no one answers.  If I try to call back, a machine answers and tells me I need to dial a "1".  If I do, it answers "Please call another time".  I wonder, is this a way to find out if someone is at home?. And if you don't answer they can send someone to rob everything?

I get a least one to three calls a day from this number.   I never answer it, however this is my personal cell phone and endless calls are very annoying.  Is there a way to block this number?
