got a call on mobile from this number and don't know who it is.No message.

Same as previous commenter. Called my cell for the past 4 days around 8 PM. Nobody on the other end, disconnects as soon as I pick up. 305-284-xxxx numbers usually belong to the University of Miami.

I received a missed call from this number and after a little research I found out that it is the generic phone number that comes up for most UM extensions.

My call was from a student calling to thank me for the gift that I made last year.  I have also received calls from students asking for donations and from a friend who works there.
