I think it's some kid making prank calls; he's been calling my work nonstop for the past couple days (even after we stopped answering) and the first few times we did pick up, he said "You've won a million dollars!" and then laughed and hung up.  Freaking obnoxious.

I received a call from this number and it was a friend that uses the Magic Jack. Apparently when they call using the Magic Jack, it displays a FL number instead of the local number.
