Bogus court threat.

305-260-6107 is the call back number. The message read something like : "A lawsuit which has been filed on your name, so before we go with legal matter and send this lawsuit to your local county courthouse......"
I called it and a person identified my name without my giving it. I started to ask questions and the person cursed and hung up.
