This caller called my cell phone repeatedly I told them to stop they called again 15 mins later..after telling them to stop again I hung up and they called right back and told me it was about car insurance I told them I have car insurance and wasent interested..at that point the man with a very thick Indian accent called me very rude and hung up. I'm not sure if it's a scam because no trained employee of any company would handle a call like that.

No one spoke when I answered. I have been receiving many calls from different numbers lately, so this is just one of the many.
