Saw this number on my caller id & figured it was a wrong # as it listed Santos Hector as the caller.  Then a few nights later I saw the # calling again so I answered - a women claimed to be doing a survey for people in my area and claimed to have already talked to my neighbors.  When she asked if I had a few mintues I said no & hung up.  I called the number back & it was busy.  Then called a few days later and received what sounds like a residential answering machine.  I smell scam so beware!!
