called ....recording said about college loans and I hung up. they called again twice again and again and got thru my block somehow.

these calls come in about 4 times a day. somebody who will charge my phone number if I even pick it up. I just push reject. I called the number back one time out of curiosity and it was just a busy busy busy signal. it could be any company calling me I get other phone calls from other numbers too from even the Marianas Islands. it all started after my purse was stolen.
