+13052099915 caller ID. The plus sign is indicative of a call coming in from overseas. The caller identified themselves as Universal Payments. I asked what city and state they were incorporated in, and I got repeatedly questions regarding who the owner is. If it is a legitimate company, they would have sent a letter first, or had a website we could visit. There wasn't even an offer to visit a website or to tell me where they are located/ incorporated. Authentication failed.

This number called me a few times at work today.  The first couple of times it was just boiler room noise in the background so I hung up.  Finally someone with a super thick accent very slowly asked for the owner and completely butchered the name.  When I asked who is calling he hung up on me.  Caller ID showed Fl.
