Called my cell phone at 9:33am Nov 17th...missed call (I don't answer unknown numbers) and they left no message. Called it back to see if I could get a "do not call" recording: "The mailbox belonging to 3052020460 is full. Please try back later" and hangs up. Where can I turn this scam in?

thanks for the info..i thought it might me one of those college places..I get a lot of those as residue from online job searches..but i don't need any credit counseling either...that's all behind me.
