I got this call too, didnt pick up either cuz it just looks weirds to begin with.

The same number just called me this morning. Before its nigerian, now its chinese on me. Maybe it depends on the number they are calling form what area code. Sorry for them its just a trace from where they are calling to the real origin of the call. hahahaha
