They call ALL the time.  Either 305-000-9674 or 000-000-0000 on the caller ID.  Go figure, I telephone number with all zeroes.  Recording states it's your last chance to lower your credit card rates.  If you listen to the recording, it then says press 9 to speak to a representative.  Get 10-20 calls a week.  Report it to National Do Not Call authorities who do NOTHING.  Wow, another useless government agency.
Maybe we need a TELELPHONE CZAR, we have CZARS for everytihng else.  Also, how and why do Telephone carriers ALLOW these phone numbers to transmit FRAUD without being identified?
