Missed call

got a call from this number, answered it, something about lowwering my credit card rate (don't own a credit card) hit '9' to talk to a 'live operator' and asked her why I was getting calls when I was on the do-not-call list and she says "i can take you off our list" and then hung up on me.

Received the recorded call Something about lowering my credit rates... as If they were calling directly from my credit card company... but never mention the name of the card.... hit 9 to talk to a live operator. I asked why they were calling me when I am Registered with the Do not call list. He didn't answer.. just hung up.
 I went to the DO NOT CALL register and filed a complaint. You should too.

this number keeps calling but doesn't leave a message

This is a vishing call, reputedly calling with reference to your credit card status, but instead attempting to defraud and/or steal your identity.  Do not even pickup the phone when you see this number on your caller ID.
