rang twice and hung up

This is the THIRD TIME I have gotten a call from these idiots on my CELL PHONE, which happens to be an UNLISTED NUMBER!  Who are these people?  How can I find out their company/address so I can begin legal proceedings?

I have told them repeatedly to stop calling me. I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.  They continue to call.  I have filled out the form on the donotcall.gov site to report them.  The area code is sometimed different, but the 000 is the same, and the company is the same. Recording, then a live person.  Go to DONOTCALL.GOV

This number keeps calling my cell phone and is unwanted and not given to them. Want this stopped.

I just got a call from this number as well and hung up on me....  Wow is it..
