called but left no message

This call came from 305-000-2868.  I didn't press 9, but checked here, sounds like the same thing because of what was said at the beginning.  Tried calling them back to find out more, said the call could not be completed as dialed.  Scam indeed.

After you announce you are on the Do Not Call list and they hang up, do they still continue to call or does that end it?  Might be willing to pick up and try it if someone else had luck.

They called me today - 8/27 said we had an excelent record of paying all our payments on time and if we qualified, (had a Visa or Master Card with balances above $3000) they could negotiate the intrest rate down to a single digit rate.  When I told here I was skeptical, how do they make money by doing this?  She said there is no fee, not a credit consolidation, it does not hurt your credit rating and you keep the cards and continue to use them.  She said they work with all 73 banking institutions with Visa and MC.  Once you qualify one card, they will lower the rate on all of your cards.  


She said the company name is Account Services.

I told her this sounded too good to be true.  She replied: It is a really good program.  She wouldn't be doing it if it wasn't.

Boy - I WISH that were possible.  I'm sure I wouldn't have to wait for a stranger to call me to find out about this service if there were such a company out there.

Teleamarkter calls every day or so gets no answer and hangs up.
