received recorded message that this is your credit card company and you qualify for a lower interest rate, press 9 for a live operator. I pressed 9 hoping to be connected to get info from them as I am on do not call list. No one was there. Reported this to our attorney general in PA. They said they have been unable to trace these calls.

Can't someone trace these calls and get these scam artists? I am concerned about our seniors. If someone can trace these calls to a company or person they would be fined, if you were on the do not call list.

I have received repeated calls from this number and have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list.  On one such occasion, when I asked the female operator what I needed to do to have them stop calling, I was told "Suck you Momma's titty."  Is asked what she said and she repeated the same "instructions."

Been getting these for weeks now, on both numbers.  Of course the local cops, state AG, FCC and FTC seem to be completely impotent to even find these scumbags, let alone do anything to stop them.  I would bet money they're operating out of Florida or Georgia.  If anyone can find out who they are, or where they are located, I will personally make damn sure they won't be calling again.  Ever.
