Call to check on credit card. Sounds like a big scam.

Called my cell phone. Left no msg - hung up.

Called my home phone and left no message.

Did not want to play phone tag

Called again so I answered.  So much for using the Do Not Call.  Anyway the party wanted to know if I wanted to lower my interest rate from anything I have that is 15%.  Told him I didn't have anything that high.  Then he said I didn't qualify.  I said Okay and then he asked me if I had a vibrator.  Should have asked to speak to a supervisor then, but hung up instead.  Can't call the number back, because it does exist.  Doesn't make sense that they can use it to call, but you can't return the call.
