Been getting calls from 305 000 0000 didn't answer but heard music on the answering machine. Bizarre

I get calls over 6-7 times all day from 305-000-0000. Can you stop them from calling me. WHen i pick up no answers. WHen i call operator tells you that you cannot get through dialing this number.

They call me on my cell phone from this number all day long and hang up.
