received call from this number, recording told me it was Jacob Weinstein and I was to press 9 on my phone for a message.  No idea what it was for.

Received call from 304-931-4286. The call sounded to be a recording and gave different options asking to press certain numbers for various information.
The one option was in regards to alleged information concerning my acount. I did not comply with any of the requests as this call appeared suspicious in nature.

Got 'em. 304-931-4286 is good, ol' Commonwealth Financial Services, an NCC blah blah blah. Sued bunches of times, total mutants. Writhing up warning of pending lawsuit as I type. Registered withe West Virginia Sec of State Office, Running service of Process through CSC, 209 West Washington, Street Charleston, WV 25302.. A "C" corporation. Send it right to their hideout at 245 Main Street, Dickinson City, PA 18519. Gotcha' slime balls!
