Hello my name is Bud; on last week 03-20-14 I had started getting these calls on number 304-809-0353 (this numb. is linked to a UPS Store 3276 Buford Drive, Ste. 104-178 in Buford, GA 30519) and I asked investigator Joanne James for Harris County Warrant Division which is the name she stated and since I didn't apply to her request, she called back threaten me, that a warranty will be issued if I did not pay $1,350.00. So, i told her I don't have it and so she came back and said the attorney's agree to settle for $950.00. So I then asked could you please send me the check I suppose to have written and the documents that I may have signed. And she sent me a typed letter from which a 9th grader could have typed. I have had Mark Cohen for Fortbend Warranty Division called at 281-341-8685 that the judge is about to activate a warrant for my arrest if i don't comply with these people. I told Mark Joanne called and said it was for Harris County and you are saying it is for Fortbend, which one is it. And of course he gave me this you going to jail threat conversation and hung up the phone. I have spoken w/Arthur King 202-524-8834 very, very, very rude man; pretty much all of them all. Then today, Investigator Jennifer Thomas called very polite lady at first and said that she has taken over for Joanne James and that I need to pay this money ASAP. I gave her my attorney information and she got very ugly with me, and then hung up the phone. Call back stated that she don't need to speak w/my attorney, I'm the one that wrote the check, so I said can you provide that to me and her response was: I will get that once everything is paid out in full. I told her I wasn't going to do so, until I see something in black and white with my original signatures..then she went off OMG! Then this loud ruthless man called: Talked to my receptionist very rude, that they will be coming to arrest me if she dont put me on the phone...I told him to provide me documents and he said as soon as I pay the loan off and at that time I will get the forms and if I don't comply with the $1,400.00 they will send me to jail on a $4,000 bond and perhaps prison time and then he hold up. And his number is: 312-492-4259. I too contacted BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Consumer Protection. As I was talking to Consumer Protection she was reading me off posting from Zenith Financial Group LLC and Century Claims Services in retrospect to the same complaints we are/have made. She had me to fill out a complaint form.

I too have had the privlidge of dealing with these criminals!  The "investigator" who called me went by the name of Jane Tucker.  She demanded I pay her over $1700 for a supposed $300 payday loan from 2012, which I never took out!  She told me I had until Friday, yesterday to pay a "settlement" amount of $935, or "legal paperwork" would be sent out....to whom i wonder!  I work with a sheriff's deputy, and I told him about it, and he laughed and asked me if they speak English?  These people have called my father to get my contact information because they didn't have my phone number!  For Pete's sake, do these idiots think we're all drinking the same kool-aid they are?!  This Arthur King person called my dad yesterday saying i didn't make payment so he was having me arrested.  My daddy said, well ok, but please tell me what collection agency you represent, and please give your address and business license number, "Arthur King" then began yelling at my father telling him that if I don't pay he will have to! Daddy calmly again asked him for the information again, and he screamed at him he did not have to tell him anything and promptly hung up on him.  All the area codes for numbers they call from are from different states.  I too have filed complaints with the FBCP, the BBB of Atlanta, who said if they call again, to give them their contact number & hang up, ic3.gov, the Georgia Secretary of State, the TN Bureau of consumer protection, and basically anywhere else I can think of.  People like these need to be shut down!  I told the "investigator" Jane Tucker, if I had verification of the debt then I'd make a payment arrangement, but until I see something that is REAL validation of the debt, I'm not giving them a red cent.  At this point, if they don't leave me alone, they're going to have to pay me for violations of FDCPA.  I left Ms. Tucker a nice lengthy message on Friday after this Arthur King called my father & told her that I recorded the phone call, that they had broken the law, and that they may not contact me in any form or fashion other than US mail.  Let's see if I get anymore phone calls, because if I do, i'm lawyering up.  I'm done with these people.

4/15/14, i received a all from a Carmen Jackson office  Century Client services 304-809-0353 ext 124 whom said there is an unsolved something regarding my Uncle. My Uncle is deceased and has been, so this has  me freaking out. My uncle was my world !
Now I'm doing some research and see all these posts.  I'm shocked , relieved, and angry all at the same time ! Be careful people,

Today i recieved the same phone call so I called my local sheriff and they told me not to give my information over the phone. These people are very rude calling my sister to get my number?? Really scaring her telling her i am going to be arrested. My oh my people these days. They think I am stupid.

I hope you didn't fall for it....keep getting calls regarding returned check....fraudulent warrants for my arrest

the other day when this ID # 304-809-0353 shown up on phone.....no message but a lot of laughing before hanging up...

please don't answer or talk to these people....I fell for it months ago....and when I asked for documents proving debt

never got a call back....now they use another excuse for a warrant.....

and these people can't be stopped??????
