I received a text from a different number saying to call this number because my card had been deactivated

Got the same message: said "pleasants county alert: your card ####XX has been deactivated. Please call 304-694-8739."
I don't live in Pleasants county and have not been there for years.
I do not have any card with the number listed in the text.
