I have received numerous calls from this number.  When I say hello -- nothing.  When I call back, a recorded voice tells me no one is available to take my call.  For more reports of annoying calls from this number - some people said 5 - 8 times a day, check the site  whocallsme.com

This number calls our home 5 times per day. One call right after the other. It is an automated call and even when we answer, the calls continue.

This number has called me numerous times.  When I answer, no response.  I tried calling back, but the call has a message no one is available to take my call.  Instead of the FCC, one might file a complaint with the FTC.
I'll try both.  IF ENOUGH PEOPLE WHO HAVE RECEIVED CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, THE FEDS MAY STOP THEM.  MAYBE.

Try filing a complaint with the federal FCC.gov who may direct you to the FTC.gov federal government site.  IF ENOUGH PEOPLE FILE COMPLAINTS, WE MAY BE ABLE TO STOP THIS JERK FROM MAKING THESE ANNOYING CALLS~!
