Calls every few day on land line, asks for same person. Told repeatedly they have wrong number, etc. and they just hang up.

We get the calls repeatedly.  The person asks about a medicine that we are taking.  The person (always with an accent - usually Indian) even names a medicine.  Nothing ever applies to us.  We tell them over and over that we know they are a scam and that they will never get any money out of us and that they should stop calling.  A few days later, they call again.  We have talked to the phone company and they want us to go to the police and file a report.  I considered the phone company useless in this situation.  We are considering getting rid of our land line and using our cell phones exclusively.  What a frustrating situation!!!!!!

they call a couple times a day, no one is ever there.  Says disconnected just minutes when I try to call back.
