Called my cell phone and left no message. I saved it as ZSCAM (I have so many of them) and assigned it a "no ring".

This [***] HOLE company called asking if I wanted lower rates on a credit card.
I would NEVER do business with ANY company that calls cell #'s. If I wanted your service I would call you.
ID reads WEST Virginia if you try to call the number back it does not work.
