Picked up by answering machine, but no message

I have received six calls within the last two weeks from this number. My caller ID shows Belle WV, but they never leave a msg. I won't be answering any calls from this #.

We received call as well, but no message left on Jan. 5 at 1:55pm

I got one this morning.  Caller ID showed 'JAX' or something like that.  No message.
