Got a call from this number, caller ID 'NATIONAL POLICE', soliciting funds.

Got a call from 500-9284 and the name was National Police. The man who wasn't very good at probably reading a script asked for my husband by his first name. I told him he wasn't available and he said he could talk to me. Then he went on his speal about the police and getting funding for them. I told him I support the police 100% but we do not donate over the phone because of all the scams going around, I didn't hear him anymore I kept saying hello so I guess he hung up on me. Well if this had been legitimate he should have just said thank you then for your time. Another call I have blocked, keep calling and I will keep blocking all your numbers!!

We blocked this number and they managed to get around the block and called at 21:29. Reported to law enforcement and confirmed this is a scam! Also reported to phone company and let them know blocking doesn't work.

I also got a call from this number on 5/13/14. Caller ID said National Police. I told them I was not  interested and hung up on them. Sounded like a scam to me.

I just received a call from this number 2:26 p.m. on 06/05/14.  Caller ID said Berkeley Springs.  The answering machine kicked in and the person said "Gary"?
