Received texts about car I had for sale on crags list..

Recieved an email from this person with two duplicates same number, I was advertising some goods for sale on craigs list...it's looks like he/it is spam.

I received an similar email, I was hurting to sell the rims I posted on craigslist, I replied to the email :( and called the # but did not leave any voicemail. I did report it to craigslist a scam. Any suggestions on.what I should do or monitor to insure I'm not at threat, or is it too late?

He has your email address so he could sell it to spammers. Besides that, I don't see where else he can hurt you. Don't click on email links.

I got an email from this person regarding an item I posted for sale on Craigslist.  Here's the email address and the text of the message:

"Hello, do you still have this? When can I come check it out? Shoot me an
email back as soon as possible pls or you can leave me a message here on
my phone number 304 461 4535 I'm speech disabled though, remember to
leave your name and email address when you call.PS: - You can just reply
this email, I'm always with my computer"

This seemed a tad suspicious since this phone number is a west Virginia number and I live in PA.  The item was not worth a trip from WV.
