I called it, it is Wells Fargo with a "special promotion" when I selected #2 to get more info on the product it said we will call you again.... I am sure they will...... I would think they are selling insurance... I get lots of request for insurance through them.

304-461-1162  This number calls several times a day... started about 2 days ago.  More of an annoyance than anything.  If I do not know who it is, I do not answer!!!!  No messages left when it goes to the machine. (from Texas)
