Hi, in regards to your post. I was looking up a strange number that keeps calling my cell phone, not the one that calls you. But I seen the number you listed and recognized it to be a parkersburg, wv number and got curious and read your posting. So I looked it up on 411.com and in our local phone book.
Here's the info hope it helps. Marshall and Sherel Daniels, Age range 60-64, 2319 oak street, Parkersburg wv 26101. As far as I know there is no business there, just a residence. I actually only live about 1/2 mile away. Could be your number used to belong to a relative of theirs. Or maybe they think they are calling a Doctor's office. I have had that problem with other people before. good luck!
