I know someone who works at this company personally, and to say at the least they are the most helpful people it's the person on the other line that's (quote) scumbags (end quote).  They are only abiding by the rules given to them.  They cannot help if someone is repeatedly giving out your phone number as their own..it's a sad world we live in isn't it?

Calling with a automated message to hold on the line.  After waiting several minutes to find out exactly what this is in regards to since there are no financial issues and to see what it is about and then it says all operators are busy please hold for the next available representative

your probley the one on the other line for vanguard.For a a place to threat people with legal action, is acrap way to run a buisnessand the people or rude.

Received a call from this place, Vanguard Financial Services.  It started off bad, the woman was rude with me and I was only trying to give her my information.  I hung up and called back and spoke to a Jaime and she was more than helpful.  She ended up giving me all the information I needed plus some, we took care of it right then and there.  She even offered to remove any credit reportings because they didn't have a correct address for me and neither did the hospital.  Just watch who it is you talk to, if they are rude just hang up and call back until you can get someone that wants to take the time to listen.
