Says she is going to have me arrested but doesn't have any other information on what the arrest is about.  I said go ahead and arrest me. Maxwell Bailey from ASF legal services has an issue that has been forwarded to her office.  Will not give me any information, but when she called my work, she said she needs to know if I intend to show up for court hearing.  I told her to send everything to me by mail and I would give it to my lawyer.  She said she wanted my lawyer's name, but my lawyer has said if anything is for a court hearing I would have received information in the mail.

Don't worry these people are a joke. They are spam caller trying to get you to pay on old dirt debts or old paidoff debts!!

I got a call from this number too? same story  as above! These jerks are just scam artist!!!

I received a call from Rich Porter with AFS Legal services stating that there are three charges against me and that he needed my statement before they proceed with a court hearing.  I tried calling this number back but, it goes to an answering machine that states that they are not at their desk but, to leave my name and number and they would call me back.  Back in July, I got this same call from the same people for a debt that was already paid off...I guess they think that I am going to pay it again.  NOT.
