Some guy called askign for someone who doesn't live here then went on a spiel about this number was in his system for x person. Dude! Maybe your system has incorrect info. Never found out what the call was about before I hung up but will mark it as a spam call on my adbvanced phone system.

They are calling me even though I have worked out a plan with the IRS

When they call back, tell them that you've taken care of your debt with the IRS.
If they want to deal with the feds, tell to go ahead and stop the calls to you.

Called me and left a 10 second blank message.  Looked up the number and it says it is Alternative Revenue Systems.  Have no idea why they called.
