A pre-recorded message says:  "A change in your account," then hangs up.

I get a pre-rec message saying, "This is Suntrust Bank. We are calling in regards to a change in the status of your account...." It prompts for zip code. I put in a false one and it came back saying that it is not what is reflected on the account and put me on hold to speak with a representative. I hung up after 5 min. If anyone answers next time, I'm going to ask for the Rep's name and employee #.

Caller ID: PAR3-MAIN DENNY
          303-952-6249

Exactly the same here. It does make me wonder about SunTrust security though.

Additionally, they say to call 866-667-0533.

Im getting the same call like 4 times a day.
