3038942000 - India based call center person named mandy rang me and claimed she was from the Colorado Solar Initiative. If the public utility company is hiring outsourced india phone laborers to promote something, I will certainly make a point of not subscribing and not participating. Sending jobs overseas is a shameful company action. Do not trust india based call center persons. Entirely too much fraud and scam callers coming from that region of the world. Until they can get their act together and stop the scam callers whom literally ring every day, sensible Americans do not deal with india call center persons.

Same as above, except that called Id said "CO ST GOVT". Chloe with the State of Colorado wanted to speak with my husband. Asked for him by his name. I inquired where she was calling from. The answer was "Codorado" with her accent. I asked her to spell "Colorado". She couldn't and then stated she was in an off-shore call center calling for the State of Colorado about the solar initiative. Ya sure, the state is really using off-shore non-English speakers for a job that could be done by state residents that don't speak English.

We received a call from someone claiming to be with the Colorado gov and wanting to install free energy producers
