Call from Nicholas Dwyer.    Recording by a female saying my credit card is in no trouble but they would like to lower my credit rate.  I hung up and blocked the number.  These people are getting sneakier and sneakier.   It was from my area code with a person's name.  I fell for it THIS TIME.  Not again.  If you want to talk to me, leave a message.
