Wanted me to read off what our phone system info was from the front of the phone to him. He needed this info for a "web" conference he set up with an employee in another state. Right ....xferred him to the appropriate parties, he hung up called back and berated me for transferring him, said it was as bad as hanging up on some one. Refused to talk to the right person or give his info for a call back. very shady !!!!
