A "pharmacy" in the Denver area. I'm on Federal and State DNC lists, and have never dealt with these clowns, so totally illegal call. That doesn't stop anyone. Pehaps a total scam, spoofed number and all.

At least, it's a new kind of scam to listen to. Because of my business, I have to answer calls from unrecognized long-distance areas, but each one of these, only once.
They are selling some kind of "pain cream", they say.

called ID listed same Phone Number where name should've been, left no message, call came in on 9/24/2014 @ 2 pm

Yes it is true. When I put my number on the DNC list I got upwards of 10 calls a day. The telemarketers can look up the numbers that are being added and call them, and you cannot complain for 30 days. After that, they can just keep the number.
