These guys use an interesting ruse and name.  Ruse was telling me that my husband had filled out some health information and they needed to speak to him.  I answered the call because the name looks like the name of our health insurance provider.
When my husband spoke to them, it turned out they were selling air filtration and he hadn't filled out any surveys.

This number called me and hung up when I answered. I called back and it was Western Health stating that they wanted to thank me (they knew my name) for completing a survey, WHICH I NEVER DID. Scam, but at least they answered when I called them back, which many companies do not. I hardly believe that they will remove my number as I requested. Oh well. Time to get rid of the land line anyway.

These people call from several different numbers saying they are doing a survey and that someone at this residence has helped them in the past.  There hasn't been anyone at this number helping with any survey.  I find they are a vaccumm sales company.  Our number is on the do not call list, and the only reason I answered it was because I wasn't sure if it was one of my grandkids with that area code.  They are Telemarketers breaking the law and something should be done about it.

When i called the number, they answered the phone as Western Health.  They asked me if i had registered to win a car at the Denver Golf Expo (which I did) and they said that they were one of the sponsors.  They were letting me know the drawing was going to be the end of May and then started in on a sales pitch about coupons for cheap groceries.

Yup got a call from these guys, same deal. Asking for my husband and I quizzed them over why they were calling the person on the other end stuttered for answers. Finally saying he had filled out a survey and they were following up on that. When I indentified myself as his wife, I got the sales pitch and promply asked for a supervisor.

I am sure I made someone's day with my [***] chewing to the supervisor for calling me under false pretenses and never to call my house again.
