Caller I.D. says "Survey Center." They keep calling, but never leave a message. Why is there always so much illegal phone crap going on all the time?

I placed my phone number on a no call list and just received a call from this number. I informed the caller of my number being on the no call list to which the caller replied "apparently not." I hung up.

The call I received was from a very obviously pro Union worker who did not want to hear anything against Union bullies. The survey was totally bogus, the person asking the questions was completely biased and hung up when he did not get the answers he wanted.
