In my opinion DO NOT ANSWER  I had the same experience as many people have had on here l answered and after a delay a woman's recorded voice said Hello and Goodbye I think this is a test call to see if there is a valid phone number and they are selling your phone number or calling you back later. Caller ID said Broomfield CO 3034695213

Rang a couple of times. I answered, said hello several times - woman's voice said goodbye and hung up. No idea who or what she wanted. Caller ID showed Broomfield CO where name should be.
