I got the same call:  "Caller ID said: S A and Associates... Female caller asked if I would mind taking a brief consumer survey..."  
coming from another phone number: 303-431-0868.  Apparently they have more than one number.  I answered a few questions and they shortly ended the call.  A week later they called back and said I had won $200 worth of gas credits for participating in their survey-- all I had to do was meet with them to claim the prize and also give my opinion on an air filtration system that they are test marketing.
I then tried to google the company to find out about them but there are a number of SA & Assoc. companies.

Called today... Caller ID said: S A and Associates... Female caller asked if I would mind taking a brief consumer survey...  I asked why I had been called as my number is registered on both the Colorado and National Do Not Call Registries... She apologized for having called. I then filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry... We'll see if that helps...

Got several calls from that number, finally answered.  They said I won a "free 2-night stay at a resort" and sent over a vacuum cleaner salesman, the vacuum was only $3000.  Now they won't stop calling.

SA Assoc on caller ID some sort of scam, tried to call back and get hang up, another scam that i am sick and tired of

She called and said she got disconnected and was talking to my husband for a death certificate. It was really weird. She had the correct number but it was the first call I recieved. She was definitely not talking to anybody on my number.
