Spam. Recorded message on other end.

I answered and no one was there. I think it may be a robo call. They will not reach me because they are on my "Do Not Answer" list.

Called my home phone three times, only a minute apart each time. Correctly assumed robo call or telemarketing stupidity, and added to my blocked caller list.

Robo call.  "Attention business owner, this is an important announcement regarding your credit card"  then something about the federal government lowering fees with their rate cut.  So first this is an illegal  robo call.  

Secondly, they are calling to save me money and lessen monies coming to them?  Oh wait, we probably don't and never have dealt with them.  NO BUSINESS NAME IS EVER MENTIONED so I press 1 to speak with a rep.  Now this is where this illegal call really starts to stink.....Press 1 and get an ANSWERING MACHINE!  An UNIDENTIFIED answering machine.  No company name is mentioned.  But you can leave your name and phone number.
