They said that they were some private energy conservation company that was offereing to come and monitor energy use in my home for 12 months.  They said that anyone who participated in the study would be compensated, but I have no interest in having my home "studied" by anyone so I didn't find out the details.

didn't leave message. tried to call back got recording saying that this extention was on another line leave message or press 0 to get to operator. but you can't get to the operator. tried back a few other times. and get a fast busy signal.
